Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the AgentRAM API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. AgentRAM is operated by the individual developer behind agentram.dev.

The service

AgentRAM provides a credit-based API that allows developers to store and retrieve persistent memory for AI agents. You receive 100 free credits on registration. Additional credits can be purchased through the pricing page.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share it publicly or include it in client-side code.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key.
• One account per person or organisation. Creating multiple accounts to claim free credits repeatedly is not permitted.

Credits and payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use the API.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
• If an API operation fails before completing, the credit deducted for that operation is returned to your balance automatically.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing customers.

Acceptable use

You may use AgentRAM to build products and services that require AI agent memory. You may not use AgentRAM to:

• Store illegal content of any kind.
• Store personal data of others without their consent and a lawful basis for doing so.
• Attempt to access another customer's data or reverse-engineer the API's security controls.
• Perform automated attacks against the API, including credential stuffing or denial-of-service attempts.
• Resell raw API access without adding meaningful value to end users.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Data you store

You retain ownership of all data you store through the API. You are responsible for ensuring that storing that data through a third-party service complies with your obligations to your own users, including any applicable data protection laws.

We will not read, use, or share the content of your stored memories except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the API. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

Founding member terms

Founding member status is a one-time purchase of $249. It grants 500,000 operations credited to your account immediately and a 20% discount on all future credit top-ups for as long as your account remains active.

The 20% discount is a percentage of the standard rate at the time of each top-up. If standard prices rise in the future, you save more in real money because the discount scales with the new price. It is not a fixed dollar amount and does not diminish as the product grows.

If AgentRAM makes a significant change to its pricing structure, founding members will receive 45 days notice before any change applies to their account. That window gives you time to review the new pricing and decide whether to continue.

Founding members who consent to being listed on agentram.dev during the application process may appear on the website by name, with the organisation name and description of what they are building, if those were provided. This listing can be removed at any time by emailing hello@agentram.dev. We will never list a founding member without explicit consent.

Founding member fees are non-refundable. The fee purchases a status and benefits that begin immediately. There is nothing to refund.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@agentram.dev. Unused credits are non-refundable on voluntary account closure.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Serious violations such as illegal content or active attacks will result in immediate suspension.

Liability

AgentRAM is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Before either party initiates formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through written communication for 30 days.

If AgentRAM is later operated through a registered entity in a different jurisdiction, the governing law will be updated to reflect that. Registered users will receive 30 days notice before any such change takes effect.
