Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AgentRAM collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. AgentRAM is operated by the individual developer behind agentram.dev. Questions? Email hello@agentram.dev.

What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service.

• Your email address, provided when you register.
• The API key assigned to your account.
• Memory values you store through the API, identified by agent ID and key.
• Your credit balance and a log of credit transactions.
• Payment references from our payment processor when you top up. We do not store card numbers or bank details.
• Basic server logs including IP address and request timestamps, kept for up to 30 days.
• Aggregate website analytics: page views, referring site, and general browser, device and country information. This is collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics on agentram.dev. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint you, and does not follow you across other websites. We see totals and trends, never individuals, and it is not linked to your account.

If you email us to claim founding member status, we additionally collect whatever you choose to share in that email, which may include:

• Your first name.
• A description of what you are building, if you choose to provide one.
• Your organisation name, if you choose to provide one.
• Whether you would like to be listed as a founding member on agentram.dev. We do not list anyone by default.

We will never list your name or organisation on the website without your explicit consent.

What we do not collect

• We do not read the content of memory values you store.
• We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites. The aggregate site analytics described above cannot identify you or be tied to your account.
• We do not collect data from third parties about you.
• We do not use tracking cookies.

How we use your data

• To operate your account and provide API access.
• To track your credit balance and process top-ups accurately.
• To send service messages such as low balance alerts or policy updates.
• To investigate security incidents if they occur.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data.

How we share your data

We share your data only where necessary to operate the service.

• Our database provider stores your account data and memories in a managed, secure environment. They act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data.
• Our payment processor receives your email when you make a payment. They handle all payment details directly. We never see your card or bank information.

We do not share your data with advertisers. If we are required to share data by law, we will tell you unless legally prohibited from doing so.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It is a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other sites. It reports totals such as how many people viewed a page and roughly where they came from.

It runs on the public website only. It is not present in the API, and analytics data is never connected to your account, your API key, or anything you store through AgentRAM.

How long we keep your data

• Account data and memories are kept for as long as your account is active.
• Memories deleted via the API are removed immediately.
• To delete your account and all associated data, email us. We will complete deletion within 7 days.
• Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
• Payment records are kept for as long as required by applicable financial regulations.

Your rights

You have the right to access data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, and request full deletion. Email hello@agentram.dev to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 7 days.

Data security

All data travels over HTTPS. Data at rest is encrypted. API access requires a valid key. For a full description of our security practices, see the Security page.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
